Another title on the line

Along with working towards my ATChC, I am also working on getting my Masters Steeplechase Dog of Canada title. In order to get this title, you need 10 Q's. I had 4 Q's at the end of 2007 and have so far been able to get 3 this year, just another 3 more to go :)

Here is Q#6 at the Rat Pack Trial in April:

My goodness Abbey - you are a little wirey inspiration!!!! I watched your video and Mom and I were terribly impressed!! I would fail at this outright, I wouldn't even be able to sit and stay at the very beginning and I'd probably freeze in front of the tunnel cos that stuff scares me...May you go from strength to strength and make us Wires proud! When i was a pup I went to obedience training and the trainer kept saying to me when I did the "right" thing - "Good boy Axel...for a wire terrier!" So you show 'em some of us can be trained Abbey! Thanks for the lovely email, I was very flattered to be your blog inspiration...your blog is fab and I will be adding your link to mine so I can keep up with your successes!
Love,
Axel

PS Will you be my girlfriend?

Dear Abbey, I'm so proud of you! As Axel said, you are truly an inspiration. My Mom bought some agility equipment thinking I could be trained. NOT! Just maybe, after watching your video, I'll give it another try. Looked like you were having so much fun! You go girl.

Abbey: you look like you are having such a great time. Axel's Mom sent your url to one of the terrier groups...so we came to visit. Before you accept Axel's proposal, remember....there are lots of us male (sort of) wires out here who think you are a cutey. As my gramma said..."don't get on the first trolley that comes along."

Gee Abbey...you sure are great at that agility...we envy you, truly we do. Here's hoping that you get that title and do all wire fox terriers proud. Why, doesn't everyone know we are the greatest breed ever? Now we just need the rest of the world to discover that, don't we? Best of luck to you in 2008!!!!!!
